School Psychologist Immediate Hiring

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students cognitive academic social emotional and behavioral functioning.
  
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  
• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.
  
• Collaborate with teachers administrators and other school staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings including eligibility determination and IEP meetings.
  
• Conduct crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
  
• Consult with parents teachers and other stakeholders to support students educational and emotional needs.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments interventions and progress monitoring.
  
• Stay current with best practices in school psychology through ongoing professional development and training.
  

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
  
• Valid Illinois state license or eligibility for licensures as a School Psychologist.
  
• Master s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
