Car Tint Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Tint Technician to join our team. The Car Tint Technician will be responsible for installing window tinting films on vehicles according to established standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent handeye coordination and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Window Tint Installation:**

Measure and cut window tinting films to fit vehicle windows accurately.

Clean and prepare windows for tinting by removing any debris or contaminants.

Apply tinting film to windows using appropriate tools and techniques ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy making any necessary adjustments or corrections.

2. **Customer Service:**

Communicate with customers to understand their tinting preferences and requirements.

Provide recommendations on tinting options and explain the tinting process to customers.

Address any questions or concerns from customers regarding the tinting service.

3. **Product Knowledge and Maintenance:**

Stay informed about different types of tinting films their features and benefits.

Maintain an inventory of tinting films and related supplies ensuring adequate stock levels.

Perform routine maintenance on tinting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

4. **Compliance and Safety:**

Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations while performing tinting services.

Ensure proper ventilation and use of protective equipment during tinting installations.

Follow manufacturer specifications and industry standards for tinting film application.

5. **Team Collaboration:**

Coordinate with other team members to schedule tinting appointments and manage workload efficiently.

Provide assistance to other technicians or team members when needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Car Tint Technician or similar role.

Proficiency in installing window tinting films on vehicles.

Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Knowledge of different types of tinting films and their applications.

Familiarity with tinting equipment and tools.

Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

Certification or training in automotive window tinting.

Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Familiarity with computerized cutting systems for tinting film.
