Job Description

ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES - Andaz Doha

Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Manager - Sales role:

  • Support daily operation of the Sales Manager
  • Prepare sales-related materials such as proposals, contracts, and event orders
  • Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and hotel rooms
  • Offer clients comprehensive insight into the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries about the hotel

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
