**Position Overview:**

APTUN is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Support the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting activities.
• Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  

**Qualifications:**

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
  

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
