Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Game Development or a related field or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree and artrelated certifications or awards are a plus.
- 8 years of relevant experience/training.
- 4 years of experience with crossfunctional teams creating multimediarich slot games.
- 2 years of experience in game production as a game artist or engineer.
- 2 years of experience developing tools and writing scripts in Unity.
- 2 years of professional experience with C# and the Unity Engine; experience with C is desired.
- Proven experience creating particles shaders and other visual effects for Unity applications.

About the Role
The Senior Technical Artist combines artistic and technical skills to create visually engaging content that enhances gameplay bridging the technical and art teams to ensure highquality artwork meets technical standards. This role includes optimizing Unity tools and workflows guiding less experienced artists supporting other Technical Artists and working independently within company policies.
Responsibilities
- Integrate assets into games without compromising artistic vision or exceeding platform technical limits.
- Collaborate with artists and engineers to ensure effective communication and implementation.
- Develop and maintain art production workflows by creating scripts/tools to help artists produce visually stunning work more efficiently.
- Prepare data for game integration ensuring it meets artistic vision and platform technical limits.
- Align game asset creation with functional specifications and graphic proposals focusing on visual reinforcement of game rules and flow while utilizing costeffective techniques and tools.
- Create particles shaders and other VFX for Unity applications.
- Solve problems efficiently communicate effectively and educate team members as needed.
- Proactively selftrain to stay updated on Unity engine technology.
- Help build rapid prototypes of experimental features using Unity 3D.
- Iterate on Unity 3D scene implementation to finalize products and meet creative requirements.
- Analyze company and competitor products from a player’s perspective to identify industry trends and effective art approaches for gamblers. This includes:
- Attend monthly field research trips to casinos or as needed.
- Conduct online research (e.g. YouTube) to understand the industry.
- Participate in team analysis discussions.
- Attend G2E and other trade shows or conferences as required.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all business levels both written and verbal.
- Must obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the art production workflow by developing scripts/tools to help artists work more efficiently.
- Profile and optimize application performance. Strong problemsolving skills needed to guide slot title development from concept to launch.
- Understand standards for interactive game art including UI/UX design and appeal.
- Indepth knowledge of rendering fundamentals: modeling texturing shading surfacing rigging animation lighting and rendering.
- Significant experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel.
