Job Description
- The position will hold primary responsibilities for the management of export activities for multiple international customers within the Insitu portfolio.
- The trade compliance specialist will focus on the full life cycle of trade compliance license requirements, handling both Direct Commercial Sales and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
- Drafting and managing Technical Assistance Agreements, Warehouse Distribution Agreements, and Manufacturing License Agreements, Hardware Licenses, exemption documentation and Internal Compliance Plans.
- Tracks and administers license compliance programs.
- Reviews technical data for proper export classification and compliance with export authorities prior to export.
