Job Description
HR Intern - Elegancia
- Support for the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment processes such as posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests, scheduling interviews, and data entry
- Partner with the Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees
- Join in building a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
- Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting process
- Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
- Perform administrative tasks
