Sr UX Designer

Role Overview

Trudoc is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative digital solutions in the Middle east. We are seeking a Sr. UX Designer to join our design team and enhance user experiences across our platforms.

Role Responsibilities

Coown the design of user interfaces and user experiences for Trudoc s digital products.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced team environment taking ownership of projects and transforming brief oneliner requirements into fully functional designs.

Conduct user research usability testing and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with design leaders product managers developers and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging designs.

Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using industrystandard tools.

Ensure designs are aligned with Trudoc s brand and accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with visual design and illustration skills are a plus.

Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.

Familiarity with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript).

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Experience designing for the Middle East market a plus but not necessary.

Bachelors degree in art Visual Graphics Design or Human Interface Design.

Requirements

Required Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe AE or similar.

Excellent understanding of user research methods information architecture and interaction design principles.

People with prior experience in web development. You will not be required to code but you having prior experience in programming will be a huge advantage to be successful in this role.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fastpaced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
