As a technical support agent you will handle customer s product inquiries by email phone and social media provide information in matters related to pre and postsales and resolve technical issues that customers may have.
You only need to have native Spanish level and be fluent in English (C1/C2). The workplace is located in Parque das Na es in Lisbon and you will work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
