The Portfolio Management and Risk Analysis Manager will oversee the efficient administration of our credit portfolio and perform detailed risk analyses. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our financial operations. The responsibilities include:
Portfolio Administration:
- Classify credits based on risk term client type and economic sector.
- Continuously monitor payments and client behavior.
- Automate portfolio management using the Quanto system.
Risk Analysis:
- Develop and update scoring models to evaluate default probabilities.
- Conduct periodic stress tests to assess portfolio behavior under adverse economic scenarios.
- Define and monitor key risk indicators (KRI) such as delinquency and portfolio concentration.
Credit Bureau Management:
- Utilize Credit Bureau reports to assess applicants solvency and credit history.
- Maintain constant communication with the Credit Bureau to update client data.
- Integrate Credit Bureau checks into the credit origination process.
Integration with Quanto System:
- Configure Quanto to perform automatic Credit Bureau checks.
- Use Quantos reporting and analysis tools to generate detailed reports.
- Ensure the team is welltrained in using Quanto.
Requirements
Experience:
- Prior experience in a SOFOM is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management and risk analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus). Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
