Job Description
Title: Helpdesk Analysts II
Duration: 5 Years
Client: The City Of New York Fire Department
Location: Brooklyn New York.
Note: This is an OnSite Role.
Job Description:
- Assist end users in more complex problem resolution.
- Provide resource coordination with external support entities.
- Act as backup person for the TSC Project Manager.
- Good understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapportbuilding listening and questioning skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
