Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Associates or Bachelors degree in management transportation or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in maintenance software reporting tools and MS Office.
  • Outstanding leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Master Mechanic Experience

Bachelor's degree in Management, Transportation, or related field preferred 5+ years of operations, logistics, or terminal management experience with a reputable transportation provider Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation operations, and safety protocols Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Proficiency with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office suite Valid driver's license and ability to operate commercial vehicles
