Job Description
What you will be doing:
Provide oversight of the daytoday responsibilities of the account management team
Utilize various process improvement methodologies to create and enhance existing customer service and experiences
Analyze complex problems or situations and develop effective solutions
Build and lead Account Management teams and create processes and frameworks for scalability and growth
Engage the organization in managing customer relationships revenue and profit
Present and explain Finexio portfolio communicate industry best practices and drive revenue targets
Communicate customers/prospects business needs to the larger sales and operations team
Influence crosscompany agreement on how to deliver the greatest value to customers and drive revenue targets
Create and improve processes for a standardized customer experience
Work with all internal Operations leaders to ensure buyin and support for all customer focused initiatives
Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure customer objectives and seamless transition to Onboarding
Experience you will need:
Ten (10) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance Sales Operations Marketing and Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction
Five (5) years of experience leading a team and department in a related field
Ability to provide internal and external customers with courteous and professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience building and leading Account Management teams and creating processes and frameworks for scalability and growth
