App UIUX Designer

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
  
• Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  
  

• 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
  
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  
  

• Design intuitive usercentric interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  
• Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.
  
• Develop highfidelity prototypes and detailed UI designs using design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
  
• Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  
• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
  
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologies.
  
• Create usercentric designs in line with industry trends.
  
• Proficiently use Figma and Adobe tools especially Premier Pro for video Editing and design.
  
• Document and communicate design decisions ensuring user needs are met.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in crafting clear wireframes for intuitive UI/UX in mobile and web applications utilizing industrystandard tools
  
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles and best practices.
  
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of typography color and layout.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
  
• Integrating feedback into design iterations and video content.
  
• Working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements in a fastpaced environment.
