Job Description

Are you fluent in German with a passion for exceptional customer service Do you excel in a dynamic and fastpaced setting enjoying the process of resolving customer issues If so this opportunity is perfect for you. Join our remote team in Bulgaria as a German Speaking Customer Advisor where youll play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our Germanspeaking customers in the ecommerce sector.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our customers via phone email and live chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and friendly customer service to our Germanspeaking customers through various channels. Address inquiries about products order status and company policies effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies shipping problems and returns. Strive to ensure each customer interaction results in a positive experience.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and managing returns and exchanges. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and timely.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on new products and promotions. Offer relevant and informed advice to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and share customer feedback with relevant departments to help improve products and services. Actively work towards enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Keep detailed and organized records for future reference and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies procedures and product updates. Seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in sales marketing logistics and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support team initiatives and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Bulgaria and able to work remotely.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms. Experience with CRM systems and ecommerce platforms is advantageous.
  • ProblemSolving: Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions. Strong decisionmaking skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fastpaced evolving work environment. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service call center or ecommerce roles is beneficial but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
