IT Operations Analyst

We seek an enthusiastic IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Outcoding. This role is critical to ensuring our IT services smooth operation and availability contributing directly to our mission of delivering highquality software solutions. You will be part of a vibrant team working on maintaining and improving IT processes providing training managing communications and participating in an oncall rotation to ensure 24/7 service availability.

What youll need to be successful:

Experience with AS400 operations jobs and JDE Robot Jobs

Ability to work night shifts and participate in an oncall rotation

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in IT operations tools and software

Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
