Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Coordinator / Quality Assurance for KRAIV in Jeddah. The Product Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day product coordination tasks, supporting the product management team, providing excellent customer service, and managing projects.
- Development communications to internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Acting as point person on development details with vendor partners
- Tracking development to assure execution is within time frames
- Serve as a liaison between the store, design and operations teams
- Help define product roadmaps, wireframes and specification documents that draw on user feedback and market opportunities
