Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Coordinator / Quality Assurance for KRAIV in Jeddah. The Product Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day product coordination tasks, supporting the product management team, providing excellent customer service, and managing projects.

Development communications to internal and external stakeholders and clients
Acting as point person on development details with vendor partners
Tracking development to assure execution is within time frames
Serve as a liaison between the store, design and operations teams
Help define product roadmaps, wireframes and specification documents that draw on user feedback and market opportunities
