Outside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize a proactive sales approach making calls conducting presentations and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys product line industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize a combination of MS Office Suite and Builder Trendtype software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales success in the construction marketplace preferably in the supply industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials with a particular emphasis on windows and related products.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Resultsoriented with a customercentric and needsfocused sales perspective.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
