Remodeling Project Manager

Our clients company specializes in home remodeling both interior and exterior. They are known for their highquality work and attention to detail. Currently they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish ensuring that all specifications are met and projects are completed on time.

Remodeling Project Manager Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from beginning to end
• Collaborate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications
• Develop project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Provide regular updates on project progress to the production manager
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Handle budgeting for projects
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors

Qualifications

• Experience in project management preferably with a degree in construction management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and designs
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must have experience with Buildertrend software
