Refrigerated Warehouse Associate

Our clients company specializes in commercial refrigeration systems providing highquality products and services to their customers. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team.

As a Warehouse Associate you will play a crucial role in the branchs operations responsible for shipping and receiving a range of assembled products and their parts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new branch and advance your career within the company.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities

• Unload log in and stock products in their designated locations
• Input product information into the system for accurate tracking
• Package and stage materials and products for shipping including kitting shrink wrap boxing and labeling
• Conduct inventory and cycle counting to ensure accurate stock levels
• Perform product inspection and quality control measures
• Build and fabricate hose assemblies and related products preparing them for shipping
• Assist with local pickups and deliveries as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and effective work environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and parts is essential
• Basic reading writing and math skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to read and differentiate alpha and alphanumeric listings
• Valid drivers license
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work at a fast pace in a busy warehouse environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification as part of training
• Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders
