Regional Class A Driver - 5K Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a fulltime CDLA Truck Driver to join our team covering routes that involve multistop deliveries of retail goods. The position requires driving 900 to 1200 miles per week with a 5 1/2day work schedule and weekly home time for a 34hour reset though not off on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle preloaded multistop freight with 100% touch freight.
• Use rollers for hand offloading in extremely tight backing conditions.
• Perform live loading/unloading by customers.
• Goal to complete 3 loads per week each trailer carrying approximately 40000 lbs.
• Offload averages: DT 500 pieces per hour FD 300400 pieces per hour.
• Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
• Positive driver communication is crucial for teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• If you have a doubles endorsement trailers will be taken to a drop point to split with each trailer delivering separately to store locations.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience.
• Doubles endorsement preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Weekly gross pay ranging from $1300 to $1980 or $205 per day and $250 per trailer.
• Rider and pet policy authorized.
• Drivers can take the tractor home during hometime.
• No slip seating.
• Note: No hiring from Philadelphia.
