SR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and management of electrical systems for largescale projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering design process for largescale projects from conceptual design through to detailed design and construction.
• Develop and review electrical system designs specifications and drawings ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines architects and project managers to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports proposals and documentation for electrical systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in electrical design and implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and standards in electrical engineering.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaise with clients stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with significant experience in largescale projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems design installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as AutoCAD Revit and ETAP.
• Strong understanding of international electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
