Job Title: Commercial Representative for Dance Clothing Brand

Location: Germany

Are you passionate about dance and fashion Do you excel in sales and customer relationship management Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Representative for a leading dance clothing brand based in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Representing the dance clothing brand to schools dance studios and other potential customers.
• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
• Promoting the latest collections and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
• Coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with brand campaigns.
• Organizing and participating in trade shows exhibitions and other promotional events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales particularly in the fashion or dance industry.
• Strong understanding of dancewear and the needs of dancers.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion dance and customer engagement.
• Ability to travel within Germany for customer visits and events.
• Fluency in German and English.

Compensation:

• This role offers a unique compensation structure where the representative will receive a percentage of the sales they generate.

Location and Schedule:

• The position is based in Germany.
• Specific working hours and travel schedules will be communicated upon selection.
