Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing topnotch customer service. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers both through remote support sessions and ticket analysis. You will collaborate with developers to identify and fix bugs as well as with thirdparty vendors to address issues with their software.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer tickets offering solutions or further troubleshooting guidance.
- Conduct remote support sessions including phone calls and remote access to customer computers.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
- Liaise with thirdparty vendors to resolve issues related to their products.
- Document solutions in the companys Knowledge Base.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in coding projects related to error reporting and diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Windows architecture.
- Experience with minidump analysis is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar technical support role.
- Knowledge of programming languages (C Python).
- Understanding of computer networking concepts.
