Administrative Assistant to the Director of Program Management
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Support business development and by conducting the following.
- Search for government opportunities.
- Review and analysis proposal requirements.
- Compose job descriptions for available positions.
- Research market for job pay rates and salaries.
- Search potential candidates on various recruiting platforms.
- Post the job openings in an applicant tracking system.
- Review and screen resume of qualified applicants.
- Conduct candidate interviews to gauge their qualifications.
- Track new hire documents throughout the onboarding process.
- Oversee employees monthly report requirements.
Experience / Qualifications
- Outstanding communications or another personal interaction skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an administrative and or HR assistant.
- Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
- Able to multitask and make good decisions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word/ Excel/Power Point and Outlook
