• A tertiary qualification in marketing business public relations communications or similar (desirable)
• Produce highquality professional written content
• Ensure bid responses reflect the company brand market position and capabilities
• Develop a bid writing plan and coordinate inputs with internal stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business
• Maintain source libraries including content CVs project information
• Previous experience in a writingbased role (civil engineering/construction highly regarded)
• A positive approach keen to learn and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes
• Excellent collaboration skills to build positive relations with stakeholders
• Proficient in the MS Office suite
• Australian Citizen or PR with local proposals/tender experience

A favourable remuneration package commensurate with experience will be negotiated for the successful incumbent.
