Commercial Account Manager

Our clients company specializes in offering Personal Commercial and Group Benefits lines of insurance. Currently they are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Commercial Account Manager.

This role involves crossselling commercial and personal lines of business managing commercial lines accounts policy reviews negotiations with carriers and providing exceptional customer service and claims support. The company provides fully employerpaid medical dental vision and 401k benefits to its employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Crosssell commercial and personal lines of business
• Write and manage commercial lines accounts
• Conduct policy reviews and policy changes with clients
• Remarket accounts and negotiate with carriers
• Process policy changes endorsements and certificates
• Assist with customer service claims and bind coverages

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with independent agency experience
• Open to captive agents but must be willing to undergo training
• Candidates within an hour of Wenatchee preferred
• Ability to report to the office or client promptly when required
