We are currently seeking a talented individual with a strong background in Lean Sigma Project MNT and Value Stream Mapping to join our team on an exciting project for one of the Top 5 Companies in the World.

Role Overview:

The Lean Sigma Project Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement eliminating waste and enhancing process efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving quality improvements. We are also keen to speak with individuals currently in similar positions who are interested in exploring opportunities to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise Lean Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
• Conduct Project MNT (Maintenance Improvement and Transformation) activities.
• Implement Value Stream Mapping to enhance process efficiency and value delivery.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and present improvement plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress of improvement projects and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Lean Sigma with a track record of successful projects.
• Expertise in Project MNT and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
