Salary Range: $40$50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday (No weekend rotation)

Overview: Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Fulltime Physical Therapist to work in a large 130bed center committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to its residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents ensuring individualized care plans are followed.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and nursing teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
