Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Fulltime Physical Therapist to join a large facility with 124 beds committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our residents.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 124
• ShortTerm Rehabilitation Rating: Average

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents contributing to their overall rehabilitation and recovery process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including nursing and other therapy staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the physical therapy needs of residents.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning of resident care activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents promoting their wellbeing and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
