Senior Architect

Job Description

Should have good skills in software like Autodesk Revit AutoCAD MicroStation and other related design software.

Should have knowledge on all formats of specifications and experience in US and UK on aviationrelated projects.

Proven ability in delivering projects under tight timelines.

Responsible for providing architectural guidance calculations analysis studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of the project.

Conduct daily inspections to ensure that the architectural finishes are in line with the approved design.

Review contractors architectural drawings and provide inputs to issues on site from architectural

perspective.

Review the Architectural shop drawings material submittals prequalifications and technical calculations alongside method statements ITPs and Quality Checklists for acceptance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Architecture is required.

Minimum 12year experience including 5 years in PMC on largescale projects. Experience of large

Programs/projects preferably in aviation sector or similar

Good communication skills and ability to work well independently at times.

Able to see the bigger picture and take a birdseye view of projects

Confident and able to work independently or as part of a team.
