**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote team. This role encompasses both business development and recruitment duties. You will be responsible for identifying attracting and placing healthcare professionals while also building and maintaining relationships with client organizations.

**Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.

Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and organizations.

Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Meet and exceed performance targets and goals.

**Compensation:**

Earn 50% commission on the first 4 deals.

Transition to a salary of $40000.00 $65000.00 upon successful completion of 4 deals.

Earn 1520% commission on deals post the initial 4 successful deals.

**Requirements:**

Proven experience as a full desk recruiter preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong business development skills and a track record of generating new business.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

High level of motivation and a resultsdriven approach.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
