Title: Business Analyst (onsite)

Musthave skills: 5 y of exp in Business Analysis including Requirements Gathering; 5 y of exp with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS)
PREFERRED: gov exp Joint Application Development (JAD) Microsoft Word and Excel Agile Software Development.

Requirements:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
Experience in Business Analysis (5 years);
Experience with Agile Software Development (5 years);
experience with Requirements Gathering (5 years);
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (5 years);
Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (5 years);
Experience in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution (5 years);
Experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models (5 years);
Experience in creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures (5 years);
Preferred:
FNWs business processes;
Government experience;


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct and Lead Requirement Gathering Sessions;
Develop and Maintain Technical Specifications;
Manage Agile Development Processes;
Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps/TFS;
Create and Update Technical Documentation;
Develop Process Models and Flow Diagrams;
Ensure Stakeholder Communication and Alignment;
