Job Title: Broadcast Operations

Location: Los Angeles CA (onsite)

Job Description:

Sports Operator

Must have a good general understanding of all Sports (MLB NBA NFL NHL Soccer Cricket GOLF Tennis as well as other professional sports)

Must be flexible to support day evening and overnight shifts to include weekends and holidays

Experience in Media distribution or other related industry in operations or continuous improvement

Knowledge of video processing components Broadcast and Streaming operations

Experience with troubleshooting systems analysis and data analysis

Knowledge of ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change management) practices

Experience with eventbased monitoring and navigation of tools (such as ServiceNow Moogsoft Ineoquest etc.) to analyze and identify faults

Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and make decisions and work under high stress situations

Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy
