Shift: Days Full Time

Salary: $100000.00 to $150000.00 ** based on experience and certifications

As the Obstetrics Nurse Manager you will play a crucial role in managing department employees overseeing policies and handling daily issues to ensure the efficient operation of the OB unit. Your responsibilities will include providing direction for patient care in the maternity and newborn care setting and ensuring that highquality care is delivered to every mother and baby who enters our facility. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for both patients and staff contributing to the overall success of our OB department.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have 2 years of progressive nursing experience in which principles of nursing practice judgment and supervisory abilities have been demonstrated

Education:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• A masters degree is preferred but not required.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current licensure to practice as an RN by the Arizona State Board of Nursing is required
