Job Description:
On a typical day you will drive the following :
1. Training Modules Development: Design implement and continuously improve training programs for retail staff including product knowledge sales techniques new
product launches customer service skills and brand standards.
2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing staff both inperson classroom and virtually ensuring consistent and effective communication of key concepts.
3. Training Materials: Develop adapt and maintain a library of training materials including presentations videos manuals and online resources to support ongoing
learning and development.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives such as sales performance assessments customer satisfaction and employee feedback and adjust programs as needed to drive results. Create monthly L&D MIS to keep track on team performance and staff productivity. Keep a tab on sales kpis conversions Average order value UPT draw training interventions accordingly.
5. Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams including operations marketing product development and Brand Teams to align training objectives with business goals and ensure a cohesive brand experience. Support Talent Management initiatives (development planning management/leadership training).
6. Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance support and mentorship to store managers Beauty Advisors and trainers empowering them to facilitate training sessions and drive continuous improvement within their teams.
7. Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations product updates best practices and company policies.
