Position Summary:
As a Client Executive you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our client relationships within the architecture engineering and construction sectors. You will be responsible for providing strategic insurance advice for business insurance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the architecture engineering and construction industries.
- Assess client insurance needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
- Manage the entire insurance process including policy renewals claims handling and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review insurance programs address concerns and present new solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends regulatory changes and emerging risks that may impact clients.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and crosssell additional insurance products and services.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Insurance or equivalent experience
- Experience in buisness insurance preferably with a focus on architecture engineering and construction clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products policies and regulations.
- Good understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or transactional risk insurance.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide strategic advice.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and tools.
