Job Description
Understand Input documents required to prepare to prepare I&C deliverables in
Plant Engineering software like COMOS
Select all Instrumentation arrangement as per customer order requirement of
turbomachinery systems.
Select Instrumentation as per applicable customer specifications area class as
well as applicable international regulations in plant design such as ANSI IEC
IS API & European standards.
Prepare Instrumentation documents like P&ID Instrument List & Specifications
I/O list Alarm & Trip Signal List Hookup Drawings Installation Material Lists
for Field Instrumentation Cable tray drawings with supporting structures etc.
Prepare output documents like JB & Cable Schedule Interconnection Wiring
Schedules Loop Diagrams Control Logic Diagram JB & Instrument Rack
Layouts and Field Junction Box LayOut Drawings etc.
Review Supplier documents and give technical clearance to procurement team.
