Executive Planning

Purpose:

Ensure efficient and timely fulfilment of customer orders by preparing and closely monitoring Production schedules coordinating with internal teams and proactively addressing any challenges that may arise. Contribute to maximize Supply / production efficiency meeting customer expectations and minimizing inventory and operational costs.

To Monitor customer pending orders regularly and prepare production schedules to fulfil the requirements on time as per agreed S&OP lead time.
Track Plan Vs Actual for both production and dispatch plans daily and devise corrective actions for the deviations.
Timely call ups and coordination for Raw materials and Packing materials based on production requirement.
Closely Coordinate with Customer service team to understand the requirements and priorities and ensure timely information / updates on the orders are being fed back to them.
Responsible for maximizing production output by closely monitoring production schedules and optimized sequencing.
Follow up as required with all the teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectations.
Foresee any challenges proactively in the execution of orders and escalate timely for resolution.
Track and update on additional orders received over the Monthly forecasted products/volume to help improve forecasting.
Contribute for liquidation of ageing Inventory of FG stocks.

Desired candidate should have:

Experience in working with SAP system and MS Office.
Go getter attitude with Good Attention to details.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Demonstrated Problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
Passion in Supply chain Planning / Operations Management.
Exposure to Advanced Excel and BI tools is added advantage.
