General and Task Management

1. Gather/download all tender documents and specifications. Liaise with all stakeholders to convert specifications to cost estimates for tenders.

2. Collate/plan documents as per tender requirements for submission before the due date.

3. Discuss the PQC/BQC of tenders with the team and prepare the correct PQC/BQC documents including all other annexures in consultation with HOD.

4. Effectively handle the online tender submission activities and resolve problems if any.

5. Coordinate & arrange tender fees EMD CPBG PBG etc and support HOD on contract management activities posttender award.

6. Keep updating various reports on tenders related to gas sectors on a routine basis to support future business.
