Scope of the Role
As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for making cold calls qualifying potential clients and booking meetings for the Head of Sales. You will work from a list of contacts provided daily and use a basic talk track to engage with prospects. Your goal is to identify those who are currently using or are interested in using closing gifts. You will record all interactions and outcomes in HubSpot.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to a provided list of 50 contacts daily.
- Use a basic script/talk track to engage and qualify potential clients.
- Qualify leads by determining their interest in closing gifts and their current usage.
- Schedule meetings for the Head of Sales based on qualified leads.
- Record all interactions outcomes and relevant data in HubSpot.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt conversations offscript as needed.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in sales or business development.
- Professionallevel written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing platforms like Constant Contact.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or general CRM knowledge.
- Experience with Apollo is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a minimal accent.
- Ability to be flexible and go offscript when necessary to engage potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
