Pay Range: $1800 $3000 (810 years of experience) Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized proactive and analytical Chief of Staff to assist in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations engineering or finance be adept at using AI tools and have a knack for building efficient systems and processes. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities strong communication skills and a detailoriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Handle bookkeeping and financial diligence.
- Pay employees and manage basic financial tasks.
System and Process Development
- Build systems and process frameworks (SOPs).
- Study and implement AI tools for operational efficiency.
Strategic Tasks
- Coordinate with managers and assist in scheduling meetings.
- Conduct deal hunting and create comprehensive lists.
Marketing and Social Media
- Manage and grow LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
Content Management
- Attend webinars and online events take notes and provide summaries.
- Find and read books summarize them or convert them into Blinkest format.
Personal Responsibilities:
Event and Activity Management
- Book events such as restaurants and concerts.
- Find Jewish events especially those focused on dating.
- Organize birthdays and personal celebrations.
Daily Coordination
- Provide morning greetings and daily checkins.
- Schedule personal meetings and manage the CEO’s calendar.
Content Creation
- Edit photos and create larger music playlists on platforms like Spotify and Hype Machine.
- Create and manage a personal Twitter account for the CEO.
Personal Organization
- Remotely organize the CEO’s computer including tabs and files.
- Build and maintain the Isaac book/notion/pamphlet/drive of learnings.
Virtual Assistance
- Find LinkedIn connections and draft short messages.
- Coordinate with Latinbased Virtual Assistant for niche tasks (e.g. Salesforce admin).
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Execute random tasks as assigned.
- Provide summaries and actionable insights from various sources.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Finance or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Notion Excel AI tools and Zapier.
- Strong financial acumen and bookkeeping experience.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
