Title: AML Manager Location: Atlanta GA (100% Onsite) Experience 810 Years of overall experience Required Skills Good communication (Written English). Experience in Financial Services & AML Team Management Experience Experience with Transaction reviews process Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated strong attention to detail. Team Management Experience Experience collecting interpreting updating and organizing data Knowledge on AML & Transaction Reviews; KYC checks Mandatory Skills Gathering/collection and review of AML / KYC documents Initiate the risk assessment and ongoing due diligence Review/escalate/close alerts triggered by the transaction monitoring through platforms and systems Analyze suspicious nature of the transaction Create a narrative summary for the decision made Responsible for SLAs escalations & performance matrix and team management
