Location: Boston MA (Onsite)

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with specialized expertise in Siemens Polarion and Jama Software.
• The SME will be responsible for providing indepth knowledge strategic guidance and handson support for ALM processes and tools ensuring effective management and optimization of product development cycles.
• This role demands a deep understanding of ALM systems requirements management and a proven track record of working with Polarion and Jama.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ALM systems management with a focus on Siemens Polarion and Jama Software.
• Indepth knowledge of product development and lifecycle management processes.
• Proficiency in requirements management configuration management and change control.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative crossfunctional team environment.
• Relevant certifications in ALM systems and tools (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ALM tools and systems.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in relevant industries.
