Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Projects:
Lead and participate in SAP ACM implementation projects.
Configure and customize SAP ACM modules to meet business requirements.
Ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP ACM solutions.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP ACM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Ensure system enhancements align with business needs and best practices.
Process Optimization:
Analyze complex business processes related to agriculture contract management.
Design and implement solutions to optimize and streamline these processes.
Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on best practices.
Documentation and Training:
Document functional specifications configuration settings and testing procedures.
Develop and deliver training materials for endusers and team members.
Ensure comprehensive documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively.
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
4 to 9 years of experience in SAP ACM with a focus on implementation and support.
Proven track record in leading and participating in SAP ACM projects.
Strong understanding of agriculture contract management processes.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP ACM modules.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Ability to design and implement process optimizations in SAP ACM.
