JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation/Role: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager HR Tech Ops
Location: Mumbai
Purpose of the role The purpose of this role is to autonomously drive HR process optimization through automation dashboard creation and the facilitation of selfservice solutions. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Tech Operations. The Assistant Manager HR plays a key role in enhancing the overall employee lifecycle experience. By executing onboarding/offboarding processes payroll operations managing the HR Helpdesk and developing SOPs the incumbent supports the Senior Manager in fostering efficient collaborations and ensuring compliance thereby contributing to the success of the HR Tech Operations team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Automation & Process Improvement:
Independently implement and oversee the automation of daily operations process
Collaborate with the Team to identify and address automation opportunities ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Contribute to the design and implementation of streamlined HR processes through technology
HR Dashboard:
Develop and maintain monthly dashboards independently providing key insights into HR metrics and performance indicators.
Regularly update the Team on trends and collaborate on strategies for continuous improvement.
Payroll processing:
Ensuring compliance to payroll operations and timelines
Timely submission of payroll inputs to Payroll team
Validation of salary sheet attendance and payroll reports
System Administration:
Manage daytoday operations of HR systems and HRIS ensuring data accuracy system security and compliance with company policies.
Manage the HR Helpdesk independently addressing employee and stakeholder queries promptly
Collaborate with vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Provide enduser support and troubleshooting for HR technologyrelated issues.
Onboarding/Offboarding:
Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes autonomously utilizing HRIS for a seamless employee experience.
Ensuring timely completion of background verification documentation and employee information.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT Admin and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other business applications.
Act as a liaison between HR and external vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
Data Management:
Oversee data integrity within HRIS performing regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decisionmaking processes.
Skills Required
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from seniors to accomplish objectives
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
Analytical mindset for assessment and feedback analysis.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards for HR metrics.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms with specific experience in onboarding/offboarding modules.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Master s degree preferred in Human Resources

Work Experience 47 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on automation and process improvement.
