Purpose of the role
Responsible for the overall Events & Experiences P&L (Strategy Execution Team Management Overall development of Vendor Database Planning and executing new initiatives Business Development Setting systems and processes Technology adoption to increase effectiveness)
Duties & Responsibilities
Planning the Events & Experiences strategy putting together an execution plan
Ensure Pitching & Sales of Outdoor activities & F&B with Guests post and preBooking
Creating customized itinerary for each stay
Coordinating with the ground teams for successful planning and execution of events
Explore Outdoor activities Vendors and tieup with them to plan outdoor Villa experiences in all cities
Create Packages of Stay & Outdoor activities & experience around each Villa to improve Guest experience
Supporting and guiding team members to execute effectively and assist with problemsolving
Business Development and Planning of new strategic initiatives
Curating experiences that are a good fit for the brand and its clientele
Designing and constantly improving the Sales and Execution process
Managing a team (Training Capability Building and Retention)
Overall Management and Supervision of PanIndia vendor database (managing key relationships)
Skills Required
Proven experience in Event Management (4 years )
Ability to manage teams and deliver results
Ability and willingness to train team members to deliver results
Ability to achieve set and given objectives & targets
Excellent written and spoken communication
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Customerservice orientation
Advanced MS Office/Google workspace especially PowerPoint for building proposals

Educational Qualifications
Bachelors in Hospitality Management or Event Management
Post Graduate (preferred)
Prior work experience 3 years of relevant work experience
