Role And Responsibilities
- Handle IT requirements from USbased clients
- Manage fullcycle recruiting including interviews offers negotiations and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Source candidates from job portals using advanced search techniques
- Create and post job postings on relevant platforms
- Be wellversed in USspecific terms like W2 C2C 1099 and US visas
- Work on contract permanent and contracttohire positions
- Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements
Candidate Qualifications
36 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Good working knowledge of ATS tools like CEIPAL etc.
Familiarity with technical terminology
Experience in searching profiles using Boolean search
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
