Job Description:

TwineChart is seeking a talented and strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand and ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Salary: $21.50 $32.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

  • Develop and create engaging content for various platforms including press releases blog posts newsletters social media and the company website.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and campaigns.

• Media Relations:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and media kits and coordinate media interviews.

• Internal Communications:

  • Develop and manage internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters announcements and updates.

• Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and analyze public perception of the company and recommend strategies to enhance the brand image.

• Social Media Management:

  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and online presence.
  • Create and schedule posts engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms content management systems and communication tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
