Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring endtoend
planning and execution of marketing campaigns and intervention. They will also lead couple
project with full ownership and accountability which will involve internal and external
stakeholders management strategizing planning execution and analytics.
Ideate plan and execute brand campaigns across channels Retail D2C B2B and
Create engaging and appealing content for various marketing channels
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging
Creative Agency Management Day to day discussions followups with our creative
Lead and own the project of Sourcing at William Penn where we need to promote
our products catalogue to different stylists celebrity manager and artists management
Develop and grow marketing IPs to build brand awareness and stay Top of Mind
New initiatives taken to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty
Deepdive into analytics covering New vs Repeat LFL top consumer profiling
Requirements
Skills we are looking for
Past exposure in the field of brand marketing is preferred.
High bias for action with the judgement and drive to get things done and operate
in a fastchanging environment.
Operational discipline to manage multiple moving parts and multiple stakeholders
Learning mindset to keep absorbing and questioning the why behind decisions
Strong expertise in data analysis statistical modelling and data visualization
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau Power BI etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills
